Abstract

|
Clomipraamine is an effective antidepressant that is also the first-line drug in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive.´. disorder. But, there have been only a few reports.and knowledges of the treatment for´ obsessive-compulsive symptoms in schizophrenia or other psychoses. In this letter, we report on a patient with delusional disorder with obsessive-compulsive symptoms who improved after antipsychotics with clomipramine combination therapy and review some literatures about the issues for this patient.
